About Liquidation Land

Liquidation Land sells returned and overstock merchandise from large retailers out of open bins, at one flat price per item. It also runs as a liquidation store, so some goods may carry their own price tags outside the bins. The price drops 6 times during the week, so the same item can cost $12 on Saturday and $1 by Friday.

The store opens 7 days a week. You can reach the store on Facebook and on Instagram, where bin stores usually post the week's prices and new arrivals.

Horrible! Not only did we get kicked out for filming, we were followed out the door and threatened by staff. This place charges 15% fee for cash payments. You must sign a waiver that this place is not liable for missing merchandise. The online auction side charges 13% buyer premium and sales tax! When we asked about the cash fee, the worker said "It's for the card machine." But we were paying cash. It's a 15% surcharge, plain and simple. When I pointed out the contradiction, the manager threw my money back and said "Get out." A worker then followed us to the door, called us "Karen," and threatened us, saying if we came back, "It'll be worse." The owner then lied on Google, claiming we filmed a customer, but we were filming the business, not people. Total scam operation.

I ordered items from their online auction. They gave us the wrong pick up address in Chandler and refused to answer their phone after multiple calls to ask for the correct address. When we finally got to the warehouse in Phoenix (which I had to find myself) they only had a couple items. Some of the boxes had nothing in them. The staff were not helpful at all.

A lot of good stuff but overpriced. They price things at or near retail, and I mean full retail. I took some photos to share and they told me no photos allowed. That's a huge red flag, I won't be going back.
